Denny Moe’s Superstar Barbershop’s Annual Christmas Toy Drive aims to promote family, fellowship and the spirit of giving back. Since 2005, each holiday season the barbershop collects books, toys, games and monetary donations for underserved children in the Harlem Community. Seventy-three percent of children in Harlem are born into poverty. The goal of this event is to uplift children and families by helping those in need and ensuring that each child receives a present under the tree on Christmas Day. Local businesses and community partners also participate by collecting toys and dropping them off at the barbershop.

To date this event has donated over 6000 presents to children at Christmas and has garnered the support of local leadership including Councilwoman Inez Dickens of the 9th district including Central Harlem and Congressman Charles Rangel of New York's 13th congressional district.
